In most views, the only way to grasp onto the blissfulness of peace was to destroy the ideologies and wants of those deemed its threat. While one society would see its views as the right one to live by, there were always others that felt that theirs were the true way and the others ways evil. Whenever these different societies clashed, war and destruction were usually what followed... Due to the very mistakes of conflict and war they placed unto the world, humanity begins to lose dominion over it as the animals had before them. After the final human world war of 3478, new masters emerged, each laying their own claim to the planet. Vampires and Werewolves, creatures thought of at one point in our past to be beings of myth and legend, had themselves begun a war for world ownership. After two more world wars and several manufactured evolutions, the world eventually shifted and changed in such a way that humanity lost whatever hold they had left on the earth. The very creatures created by their conflicts had inherited the world, grasping onto it with cruel and uncaring hands. What was once a gleaming blue marble in the eye of the Milky Way became a burning black candle nearing the end of its wick… Current Period: 5460 AD.
